e are beyond excited to announce that Built has been selected as one of the 8 startups in the second Wise Guys SaaS Africa acceleration program! 🎉 This is an incredible opportunity for us to scale and make a lasting impact on financial inclusion across Africa.
A Major Milestone for Built
Out of over 400 applicants, Built was chosen to be part of this prestigious cohort of startups tackling some of Africa’s most pressing challenges. We’ll be going through a 5-month intense acceleration program that includes a 65K EUR cash injection and the potential for up to 250K EUR in additional funding. Additionally, we’ll have access to a network of 600+ mentors and investors, providing invaluable support as we continue to grow and innovate.
As part of this batch, we are excited to join founders from Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, and Ghana, all of whom are creating solutions to solve local societal and economic problems. Built’s mission of providing African SMEs with easy access to financial opportunities aligns perfectly with the goals of the accelerator.
What’s Next for Built
During this program, we’ll work on refining our business model, improving our pitch, and using data-driven insights to strengthen our solutions for small businesses. We’ll also receive support in critical areas such as product development, sales, fundraising, and culture—all of which will help us scale our platform and expand into new markets.
