With this new feature, Built allows you to create, share, and store waybills directly from your invoices. No need for manual paperwork or extra tools , everything is integrated into your Built platform for efficiency and convenience.
What you can do with Waybills on Built
- View Waybills: Instantly generate and review waybills linked to your invoices.
- Share Waybills: Send via SMS or email in just a few clicks to keep customers and partners informed.
- Download Waybills: Save digital copies for your records or print them when needed.
How to Get Started
- Navigate to your Invoices page.
- Find the invoice you want from the list.
- In the Actions column, click the three-dot menu (…).
- Choose one of the following options:
- View waybill
- Share waybill
- Download waybill
You can also access these same options while previewing an invoice by clicking the three-dot menu at the top.
