Over the past three weeks, Built Financial Technologies has facilitated sessions on sales, digital marketing, leadership, human resources, governance, and finance. These sessions aim to empower beneficiaries of the Adwumawura programme. Also, they equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate their entrepreneurial journeys. Beneficiaries learn from expert professionals how to build, sustain, and scale profitable businesses. The curriculum includes technical skills, financial literacy, and soft skills.
Attendance has been excellent. This clearly shows the enthusiasm and commitment of the participants. Moreover, beneficiaries say it has greatly improved their abilities.
